CEO's Brief Profile
Clara Amonia Odu is a Human Resources Professional with 16 years Industrial work experience in oil & gas as well as educational sector, she is a specialist career counsellor /coach, have strong passion in people professional image branding & professional development, as well as recruitment & selection; hence inspiring hope in people.
Clara holds a Hıgher Natıonal Dıploma ın Busıness Admınıstratıon & Management, an MBA in Human Resources, a Certified Human Resource Manager (CHRM); Professional in Human Resources International (PHRi), an Associate member of the Chartered Institute of Personnel Management (CIPM) an Assocıate member of the Nıgerıan Instıtutes of Management (NIM), she has handled lots of Leadership roles, Human Resources Advisory/ management responsibilities, amongst other of her certifications, she holds, Certified Recruitment Analyst, Certified Organisational development Analyst, Certified Psychometric Test professional, Certified Instructional Designer, Holds an international award as 100 top global HR minds - World HRD Congress – Times ascent Mumbai.
Prior to co-launching Toplearn Horizon in 2018, supported by a dedicated mature team of consultants, We have been involved in organisational development, recruitment for both National & International organisations, Toplearn Horizon is now a leading multi –disciplinary recruitment and training consultant.
